5 keping tempe dibelah dua atau di hiris kecil,
1 sudu serbuk kari daging,
1 sudu serbuk jintan manis, jintan putih, ketumbar, sedikit perasa, garam secukup rasa.
2 sudu besar tepung jagung.

Bahan-bahan tadi hendaklah digaul mesra bersama tempe tadi dan kemudian pecahkan sebutir telur dan celupkan tempe tadi ke dalam bancuhan telur.

Lepas itu goreng hingga garing.

p/s : sedap kalau dicicah bersama mayonis.
