Recipe – Banana Pancake
4 banana (embun) mashed
4 cups rice flour
1 tbsp tapai pulut
Coconut water from 1 coconut
1 coconut, grated
Sugar and salt to taste
Use the coconut water to make santan with the grated coconut.
Mix well flour, mashed bananas, tapai and santan and leave to rise. Then mix in the sugar and salt.
Heat pan or kuali, and drop a teaspoon of margarine or butter into it.
Place a ladle of the mixture. Cover to allow batter to turn golden brown and flip pancake for the other side to cook.
